We have determined that applying the existing 06-class rotator, designed for 10-14 ton excavators, to the harsh operating environment and increased weight of the latest 06-class excavators in Korea would be difficult. To address this, the RQ019 rotator has a worm gear that is over 35% larger than that of other 06-class rotators and maximizes the bearing area, which is critical for durability. This increases the range of excavators that can be equipped to 14-19 tons.
