Why is the price of RQ019 (06 grade) rotating link more expensive than other companies?

The TiltPro RQ019 (10-19 ton excavator) is one grade higher than the 06-class rotator (10-14 ton class) currently available on the market.
Recently released 06-class excavators weigh between 15-18 tons according to the latest specifications from manufacturers. We have determined that applying the existing 06-class rotator, designed for 10-14 ton excavators, to the harsh operating environment and increased weight of the latest 06-class excavators in Korea would be difficult. To address this, the RQ019 rotator has a worm gear that is over 35% larger than that of other 06-class rotators and maximizes the bearing area, which is critical for durability. This increases the range of excavators that can be equipped to 14-19 tons. 
We would like to inform you that due to the increased worm gear and bearing size to adapt to these market changes, the manufacturing cost of the R10 is unavoidably higher.
Please note that the RQ019 is a different class and is therefore more expensive.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, TiltPro is preparing dedicated grabs for perfect compatibility. These dedicated grabs will be introduced gradually from the second half of this year, starting with Grade 03 and progressing up to Grade 06.

No, if you regularly lubricate it and operate it within its weight limit without excessive strain, you can use the our rotator for the same lifespan as the excavator itself. European rotator or tiltrotator makers guarantee warranty period for up to 2-3 years. They have determined that if the rotator is properly designed and precisely machined, the gears and bearings can maintain quality for about 2-3 years. Consumables, such as hydraulic motors, leaks (hydraulic connections), and bottom quick coupler are not included in the 2-3 year quality guarantee.
